2020 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference Canceled

A note to INFORMS members and employees, and 2020 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference scheduled attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors:

The health and welfare of the entire INFORMS community is our top priority. Due to the outbreak and expansion of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference, which had been scheduled for April 26-28 in Denver.

With the significant uncertainty, the institution of travel bans and restrictions, the Governor of Colorado declaring a state of emergency, and the World Health Organization declaring COVID-19 a global pandemic, this is the most prudent course of action.

All registrants will be issued a full refund. We expect to begin this process in approximately one week.

We share your disappointment in this decision, but we also share a common commitment to doing what is best and right for our professional community and for all those with whom we engage and interact.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Our thoughts go out to all who have been and will be impacted by COVID-19. We continue to hope its reach and impact will be as limited as possible.
