Letter to the Editor—Remarks on Finite Queuing Tables

Formulas are given for a quantity, D, tabled in Peck and Hazelwood's Finite Queuing Tables (1958, Wiley). D is the equilibrium probability of delay of an arriving customer in a finite queuing system. Formulas involving D are given for the cumulative distribution of the system's state.
