Where to Look for Soviet MS/OR Articles: A Guide to English Language Sources and Abstracts

Identifying and obtaining articles on Soviet MS/OR can be far from a straightforward task. A large number of diverse and sometimes obscure journals publish such articles, and they are often unavailable in Western libraries. This article describes data bases and journals that provide abstracts of Soviet articles and lists those Soviet serials, available in English translation, that regularly publish MS/OR research.
