Abstract
Autism is a form of brain damage that causes devastating deficiencies in speech, comprehension, and social interactions with others. It strikes roughly one in every 2,000 children. The rate of spontaneous recovery from autism is estimated as below two percent. As of now, the majority of those born autistic spend their adult lives in institutions.
