Interview with Mr. Jacob Sheinkman, General Secretary-Treasurer, Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America. Jacob Sheinkman was educated at Cornell University receiving both a Bachelor of Science degree and Law degrees. He practiced labor law for twenty years before he was elected Vice President and General Counsel of the Union in 1968. He became its General Secretary-Treasurer in 1972. Mr. Sheinkman also serves as a trustee of Cornell and is an Executive of the American Arbitration Association.
