Errata for Boston Meeting Program

The complete program for the TIMS Boston meeting in April, was published in the February 1967 issue of Management Science, Series C. To meet the publication deadline, the published program was prepared early in December 1966. Before the meeting, certain changes were necessary. List of errata follows.
