Abstract
The author had the opportunity to conduct an O.R. seminar in Kathmandu, Nepal at the invitation of the Secretary-General of the Asian Productivity Organization, Tokyo, and at the request of His Majesty's Government, The Kingdom of Nepal. This paper contains his impressions and some information about the young managerial class in this recently opened country struggling with the problems of economic development.
