Letter to the Editor—On An Algorithm for Solving Some Network-Programming Problems

The purpose of this note is to call to the attention of the readers of this journal a unified algorithm (essentially, a modification and extension of the Ford-Fulkerson algorithm) for solving a class of minimization problems.
