On Tuesday, May 28, 1963, at the Twenty-third National Meeting of the Society in Cleveland, sixteen students delivered contest papers at Session K in competition for the announced prize round-trip air transportation and appointment as an official delegate to the Third International Conference on Operations Research, Oslo, Norway, July 1–5, 1963.
