TSS Dissertation Abstracts—Abstracts for the 1995 Transportation Science Section Dissertation Prize Competition

This is the report of the TSS dissertation prize committee on the 1995 competition. The first prize winner was Dr. Bernard Gendron for his thesis “Nouvelles Méthodes de Résolution de Problèmes de Conception de Réseaux et leur Implantation en Environnement Parallèle.” An honorable mention was awarded to Dr. Xu Jun Eberlein. Abstracts of seven dissertations in the competition are provided, in alphabetical order by author.
