Sequencing and Scheduling in Real Time—Quickly

This simple graphical method sequences the individual activities that make up a project, at the same time obtaining a preliminary early start schedule. More elementary than the Critical Path Method (CPM), it uses ordinary counting of time units rather than topological networks. Experience with ordinary Gantt charts makes it easy to learn from an example.
