Domination Between Traffic Matrices

A traffic matrix D¹ dominates a traffic matrix D² if any capacity reservation supporting D¹ supports D² as well. We prove that D¹ dominates D² if and only if D¹, considered as a capacity reservation, supports D². We show several generalizations of this result.
