Polarities Given by Systems of Bilinear Inequalities

We extend the concept of polar pairs of cones to polyhedra using binary relations given by systems of bilinear inequalities. In particular we consider those which give natural generalizations of the theory of blocking and antiblocking of Fulkerson. These extensions preserve the important relations between vertices and facets of polar pairs
