Abstract
The method described in the paper to which this article is an addendum forms the basis of the selection procedure used in the Navy Attack Study contract number NOa(s) 59-6074c. Because of time and money limits, revisions were made to the full method. The extent of the revisions will be obvious by comparing the discussion of the procedure actually used with that described by Mr. Albert in the previous paper.
