From the Editor

This issue marks the beginning of my term as Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analysis. I am grateful to the previous editors, Rakesh Sarin, Robin Keller, Robert Clemen, and Don Kleinmuntz, for putting the journal on such a strong footing, and am pleased and honored to be taking it forward from here and contributing to the further growth of the journal, and the field as a whole. Readers will probably not notice any radical changes under my leadership, but astute readers may observe that the journal now has a younger and more diverse editorial board. As the first engineer to be Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analysis (previous editors have all been from schools of management), there may also be a few more engineering applications in the journal, but of course all areas of application will continue to be welcomed.
