Authors may order one complimentary copy of the print issue in which his or her article will appear by returning this form within 10 days of receiving page proofs. Authors may also use this form to order additional copies at a discounted price, prior to publication. Prepublication Order Form for INFORMS Authors

Special Issue Editors have the opportunity to obtain 10 complimentary copies of their issues, plus additional copies at a substantial discount. Editors must order the complimentary copies and additional discounted copies prior to publication by completing and returning the Prepublication Form for Special Issue Editors.
