Perspectives on MS Applications—All Around the Model

In order to document typical applications of management science to a variety of problem areas and in a variety of industrial organizations, I have examined a number of large-scale projects performed for major corporations over the past ten-year period. I have categorized each project by the three methods of team organization, developed a measure of project success, and indicated the cost to perform the analysis.
