Abstract
Dr. Kavrakoğlu and his colleagues presented one of the finalist papers in the Edelman Prize competition for their part in repairing the foundation of the Turkish housing industry (see Interfaces, Vol. 17, No. 5, September–October 1987, pp. 1–10).
