Interview with Kenneth W. Monfort. Kenneth W. Monfort is President of Monfort of Colorado, Inc., a holding company in the cattle feeding, processing and meat distribution businesses. He attended Colorado State University. He has been a director of numerous civic and governmental organizations, and from 1965 to 1969 served in the Colorado State Legislature. Mr. Monfort is a past Director of the Colorado State Board of Agriculture, Colorado State University, presently director of Greeley National Bank and the Phelps Construction Company.
