Interview with David Golan. David Golan is Managing Director of the First National Bank of Israel. He is an economist and was educated at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He has previously been Director General, Ministry of Commerce and Industry; Director, Technical Systems Program, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Deputy Controller for Foreign Exchange, Ministry of Finance, and held a number of other positions in the Israeli Government.
