You must contact INFORMS Customer Service to fully set up your INFORMS Administrator account. You will then be guided though the following procedures:
Note: You MUST access your account from one of the active IPs on your institution's account to have administrator rights granted.
If you do not already have an INFORMS contact account, a customer service representative will reach out about getting your INFORMS contact account set up.
If you already have an INFORMS contact account, you will need to identify that account to be used for your Administrator account. If you do not remember your password, it can reset for you upon request.
Once you have your account login credentials, you can sign in at the upper right corner of this website. Once logged in, you will need to log out and log in once again to help fully set your account in the INFORMS database.
Please notify INFORMS Customer Service once you have successfully logged in for the second time. INFORMS can then add your institution’s Administration Rights to your contact account.
Your Admin abilities will not be activated until INFORMS has added your admin rights to the account.
