This page describes the production guidelines for the editor(s) of each volume. These guidelines can be changed and improved by the editor(s) in consultation with the TutORials series editor.
Authors are expected to submit chapters that are original contributions, and they must transfer copyright of the work to INFORMS by signing the Copyright Form. They are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce in their chapters any previously copyrighted material. Authors must submit the assignment of copyright and any statements of permission to the TutORials editor, who will forward the material to the INFORMS production editor prior to publication. Questions about copyright or permissions policy should be sent to [email protected].
