Serious-Play Cards for Teaching AI Applications in Manufacturing

We thank the students of the 2025 and 2026 EMBA-X cohorts at ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen for valuable feedback on the card deck and class intervention; Jihan Mohamud at Gemba for early feedback and encouragement during the game’s development; Katalin Tesch for the visual design of the physical cards; and Gemba for implementing the virtual cards on their metaverse teaching platform.
