Welcome to "25 Years of INFORMS," the INFORMS Editor's Cut that celebrates INFORMS' 25th anniversary. It’s an honor to bring to you this collection of articles representative of the evolution of INFORMS and all its constituent parts over the past 25 years. This volume celebrates INFORMS' 25th anniversary by sharing some of the most impactful content produced by INFORMS and its members since 1995, which includes most cited and most downloaded articles, work (or works) that has (have) impacted society (including Edelman Award and Wagner Prize winners and finalists).
