However, authors are expected to take full responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted version; submission of a manuscript is taken as a declaration that the author(s) reviewed and edited any AI-generated content as needed. If a reviewer sees strong evidence that the use of an AI tool in a paper caused errors, the reviewer should notify the Associate Editor and/or Deputy Editor.
